Thank you for choosing ADN Rendon Jeweler. Because many of our pieces are made-to-order or fully custom, our return and refund rules are a bit different from mass-produced jewelry brands.
1. Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Most custom designs, personalized items, and made-to-order pieces are final sale.
This includes (but is not limited to):
Custom pendants, name pieces, and any item with initials, names, numbers, or personal details
Custom engagement rings and wedding bands
Special designs created specifically for you based on your idea or reference
Any piece modified in size, engraving, or structure at your request
Because these pieces are created uniquely for you, they cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
If there is any issue with a custom piece, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at info@adnrendonjeweler.com with photos and a detailed explanation so we can review your case.
2. Ready-Made / In-Stock Items
For eligible, non-custom items that are in stock:
You can request a return for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all packaging, certificates and tags (if any) included.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, resizing, or alteration.
At this time, cash refunds are [not offered / only offered in specific cases]. Most approved returns will be issued as store credit or exchange.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety and/or customization reasons, the following items are final sale:
Custom and made-to-order pieces
Engraved items
Earrings
Gift cards
Any item marked as “Final Sale” at checkout
4. Return Process
To start a return or report an issue:
1) Email us at info@adnrendonjeweler.com with:
Order number
Full name
Photos of the item (and packaging, if damaged)
Reason for the return or issue
2) If your return is approved, we will send you instructions and the return address.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm approval and issue store credit / exchange according to our policy.
Important:
Do not ship items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
5. Shipping Costs on Returns
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed manufacturing defect, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
6. Defects & Issues
We carefully inspect each piece before shipping. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect or arrived damaged:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@adnrendonjeweler.com.

Include photos and a detailed description of the issue.
If we confirm a defect, we will:
Repair or remake the piece where possible, or
Offer an exchange or store credit, depending on the situation.
Damage caused by misuse, accidental impact, normal wear and tear, or lack of care is not considered a manufacturing defect.
7. Cancellations & Changes
Because many of our pieces begin production quickly:

Orders for custom or made-to-order items can usually only be cancelled within [24 hours] of purchase.

After that window, materials and work may already be committed, and cancellations may not be possible or may incur a fee.
