1. Order Processing Times
Because ADN Rendon Jeweler focuses on custom and made-to-order pieces, processing times vary:

Custom / Bespoke Pieces: Typically 3–8 weeks from design approval to shipment, depending on complexity.

Made-to-Order Standard Designs: Usually 2–4 weeks.

In-Stock Items: Ship within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing time does not include transit time.
If we expect any significant delay, we will contact you via the email you used at checkout.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship from Miami, FL using reliable carriers such as [e.g., UPS / FedEx / DHL / USPS].
- Domestic Shipping (within US):
Standard: [2-3] business days

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, value and destination.
- International Shipping (if applicable):

3. Tracking & Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments:
- Customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges may be applied by your country’s customs office.
- These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
- We cannot control or predict these costs.
Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
5. Shipping to the Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the order is returned to us, we can reship it, but additional shipping charges will apply.
- If a package is delivered to an address you provided incorrectly and is not returned, we cannot be held responsible.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact info@adnrendonjeweler.com immediately; changes may not be possible once an order is processed.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier:
ADN Rendon Jeweler is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management, and
- Contact the carrier directly to open a claim.
If a package is lost in transit (not delivered), contact us at info@adnrendonjeweler.com, and we will assist you in working with the carrier and reviewing options.
7. Order Pickup
If you offer local pickup:
Local Pickup (Optional):
We offer local pickup by appointment in Miami, FL for certain orders. If available, this option will appear at checkout. You will receive an email with instructions once your order is ready for pickup.
